I bought a cream from Australia called Anna’s yam cream. It’s got great reviews for bad periods, peri menopause and menopause. I’ve been taking it for a month so waiting to see if there are any improvements. It’s a natural alternative to hrt and being a bit overweight the chances of cancer increase etc so thought I’d try the natural way first!

But im always curios what you can get there for the All Inclusiv Plus. Does it include every Restaurant? And maybe some sweets in the shops, and drinks? They dont show it on the website, so im trying everywhere to find out. And do they have a Gym, and maybe a place to wash stuff? (we will be there for 12 Days, so maybe we need to get the stuff fresh :D). Would be really happy if you have the time in your busy day to help me out with those question.

No shade at all but why are they going in so hard on your perimenopause symptoms? I'm ten years ahead of you and feel rubbish and had zero input until I reached 50. I've never had any blood tests for it and it's only recently that my GP has started listening. Admittedly I moved and switch surgeries who are much more proactive. I was 41 when my symptoms started... ten years later and its obvious it's perimenopause. It's worrying how some women are left to get on with it.

Hi I often wonder if the machines are wrong. Or even if they set the bar too high to get the figures to match 'the norm'. Take diabetes for example. If your figure reads above 5.7 then you are pre diabetes. But once they put on the tablets you'll never reach that figure again. Yet, you'll find them saying we need your reading below 6.00,which you were when you were pre diabetes. In the usa i read the expected pre diabetes figure is 7.2💞

I've come out other end of menopause Lara. Never felt better. Don't expect too much from yourself. You've got a lot going on. One thing at a time. Don't try and carry too much in your head. Avon is fab. I've been an Avon rep for fifteen years. The power serum is fab xxx
